Le site itaslibi.com est une plateforme algérienne de création et d’hébergement de cartes de visite virtuelles (vCard). Il permet aux utilisateurs de créer, personnaliser et partager leurs informations professionnelles et personnelles sous forme numérique. Le site est exploité par itaslibi.com, ci-après désigné « la Plateforme ».

2. Objet Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente ont pour objet de définir les conditions dans lesquelles la Plateforme fournit ses services aux utilisateurs, ainsi que les droits et obligations de chaque partie. 3. Acceptation des CGV Toute inscription, création de vCard ou utilisation des services implique l’acceptation pleine, entière et sans réserve des présentes CGV. 4. Description des services La Plateforme propose notamment : La création de cartes de visite virtuelles (vCard) L’hébergement et l’affichage des informations fournies par l’utilisateur Le partage des vCard via lien ou QR code Certaines fonctionnalités peuvent être gratuites ou payantes selon les offres proposées. 5. Inscription et compte utilisateur L’utilisateur s’engage à fournir des informations exactes, complètes et à jour lors de la création de sa vCard. L’utilisateur est seul responsable des informations qu’il publie sur sa vCard (identité, coordonnées, images, liens, contenus). 6. Responsabilité de l’utilisateur L’utilisateur reconnaît expressément que : Toutes les données publiées sur sa vCard sont sous sa responsabilité exclusive Il garantit disposer de tous les droits nécessaires sur les données, contenus, images et informations diffusées Il s’engage à ne pas publier de contenus illicites, diffamatoires, contraires aux bonnes mœurs ou à la législation algérienne 7. Limitation de responsabilité de la Plateforme La Plateforme agit en tant qu’hébergeur technique. À ce titre : Elle n’exerce aucun contrôle préalable sur les données publiées par les utilisateurs Elle ne saurait être tenue responsable du contenu, de l’exactitude ou de l’utilisation des données publiées sur les vCard Toute responsabilité civile, pénale ou administrative liée aux données publiées incombe exclusivement à l’utilisateur La Plateforme se réserve le droit de suspendre ou supprimer toute vCard signalée comme illicite, sans préavis. 8. Tarifs et paiement (si applicable) Les prix sont indiqués en dinars algériens (DZD). Le paiement des services payants est exigible à la commande. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué après activation du service, sauf disposition contraire. 9. Résiliation L’utilisateur peut à tout moment demander la suppression de sa vCard. La Plateforme se réserve le droit de suspendre ou résilier un compte en cas de violation des présentes CGV. 10. Droit applicable Les présentes CGV sont régies par le droit algérien. Tout litige relève de la compétence exclusive des juridictions algériennes.
